Dennis Kneale’s silly proclamation that the recession was over and the subsequent back and forth between the blogosphere and Dennis has produced some really great articles this week. Some are hilarious, some provide a really great summary of where we (the economy) are. I posted a couple of links on Tuesday, AMERICAblog.com and BusinessInsider.com, who lambasted his announcement. However, since Kneale’s pompous and arrogant response to the bloggers who disagreed with him there’s been a flurry of entertaining remarks and responses posted. To sum up using a movie quote (as I enjoy doing so much), the general response is “Pardon my French, but you’re an asshole”. With significant supporting data to boot!
Here are some of the good ones:

I particularly like this last one where they compare the argument between Kneale and ZeroHedge to the Argument sketch by Monty Python. Classic.
Enjoy.
